I want to buy from one small item, but the shipping costs are many times more than the cost of the item, so I hesitate to buy.
It would be better if there was an actual store.
We have heard many such comments.
Although we do not have an actual store, we have discussed various ways to make it as economically burdensome as possible for customers who are close by, and we have launched this free local delivery service.
Since there are no shipping costs, customers can easily purchase even a single piece of washi tape, just as they would at a physical store.
The coverage area will be Greater Victoria, from Sidney in the north to Langford and Colwood in the west.
We can deliver to your home as well as pick up at a designated location, so even if you are outside the area, we can make arrangements if you plan to come to Victoria.
